I build autonomous AI systems — agent orchestration, LLM infrastructure, and self-healing automation — running as a 145-service estate on my own hardware. And yes, I game on it too.
Everything below runs on msi-Debian, my primary Linux host — orchestrated with systemd, fronted by Cloudflare, and wired together with a private Tailscale mesh. Built and operated by me, largely by AI agents I direct rather than by hand.
Hermes Agent is the primary operator on this machine — spawning Claude Code, Grok, Gemini CLI, Antigravity, Codex, and OpenCode as delegated workers. Omni-terminal coordinates them in tmux with file locks and git-worktree isolation so parallel agents never collide.

Tailscale full-mesh across hosts (plus MikroTik IPsec tunnels to remote sites) — SSH, SMB drop folders, and cross-machine agent work without anything exposed to the internet.
Cloudflare Access gates internal dashboards behind SSO; public surfaces get explicit bypass rules. Secrets live in env vaults, never in code. Everything reverts cleanly — every deploy is a git commit.
